Ndejje Senior Secondary School is a mixed boarding government-aided secondary school founded by the Church of Uganda in 1960. It is located in Luweero District and situated 8 km west of Bombo (34 Kms along Kampala /Gulu road). It is also found in Katikamu County and Nyimwba Sub County. The main school campus covers 46.21 acres of land that was allocated by the Church of Uganda, just next to Ndejje trading center.

Client Needs:

The school needed a redesign of its website to best represent its identity. It also wanted a dynamic parts where an administrator would login and post new news, events and also moderate the alumni and guestbook sections. I was able to make a simple, clean and accessible website with a moderated database. A moderator is able to log in to the database and review, edit, delete and approve records.

SchoolNet Uganda is a Not-For-Profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) which works with Uganda education institutions in setting up Information Communication Technology (ICT) facilities and developing technical and pedagogical capacity necessary to use ICT to enhance teaching and learning.

Kinobe Herbert is one of the new secrets currently getting recognized in African world music. He has been touring world wide for over a decade, playing solo and as back up for different bands. He has appeared on concerts in Europe, USA, Asia and Africa and has been lined alongside great African musicians such as Angelique Kidjo, Youssou Ndour, Oliver Mtukudzi, Salif Keita, Toumani Diabate, Baaba Maal, Ismael Lo, and Femi Kuti among others.

Video world entertainment Center is an organization dedicated to promoting Ugandan film industry as a way of preserving the country’s heritage. Incorporated in 2003, it is the only organization in the country whose sole purpose is preserving, distributing, and marketing Uganda’s film heritage.

The company needed a new website to use internet to mainly showcase of the various services it provides and reach out to many more clients. I was able to work with Africaleo to make a new design of the website which is simple, clean, open, flexible and very light.

Mengo Senior School is a comprehensive, mixed day school in the heart of Kampala with a student population of 2640, 106 teachers and more than 40 support staff. Founded in 1895 by the Church Missionary Society, the school is one of the oldest and best secondary schools in Uganda.

The school needed a web based database where its former students would be able to register and automatically added to the database after being reviewed by a moderator. I was able to make a simple, clean and accessible interface with a moderated database. A moderator is able to log in to the database and review, edit, delete and approve records.
