Matrich is a portfolio and weblog of Matovu Richard. Matovu Richard is a freelance website designer, developer and programmer based in Uganda. I provide a lot of ICT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and individuals. With my tremendous skills and experience, I provide a wide range of ICT solutions to satisfy my client’s needs. I help clients succeed in the competitive market at very affordable prices. These prices are extremely competitive due to my low overheads and trade connections, as well as the fact that I specialize in using “open source” (free) software for most of the solutions I provide.
