Due to the overheads of carrying out surveys, SchoolNet Uganda (SNU) decided to administer “The World Starts With Me Teacher Post Test” Survey online. The client wanted a website where teachers would correctly respond to the questionnaire even over slow internet links, manage the interviewees’ details and correlate each interviewee’s progress. Using this web application, SNU used less money to administer the survey and managed to achieved 100% response rate without much hassle.
