Are you so much used to Open Source Software but now running on a Windows machine or you would like to venture in to Open Source before deleting your Windows OS? Well, I found a very good resource with links to good free and open-source software which can be run on your Windows machine.
From the Open Source Windows website:
Open Source Windows is a simple list of the best free and open source software for Windows. We aren’t trying to be a comprehensive listing of every open-source Windows application, instead we want to showcase the best, most important, and easiest to use. This page should be a handy reference and a useful tool for getting more people to start using free and open-source software.
These tools have been categorized for you and for me, I am already using some of them. Otherwise, for you the advocates and those interested, check them out.
And for those who are using Mac, there is a link to FOSS tools on Mac at http://www.opensourcemac.org/
