Guess the title is kinda confusing but I can’t think of anything else to call it. For reasons unknown to myself, at the end of today everything looks to be downside up upside down.

I have visited a lot of websites and many seemed to have received a lot of traffic and therefore being offline for sometime.

What a Crazy DayStill as I was on my internet journey today, I came across two great articles at Blue Anvil Journal and StylizedWeb about having different versions of Internet Explorer (IE). For a long time, I was been trying to get a solution to browser testing using an offline means. As you realized from the two articles, it is takes more effort to get the versions working on Ms Windows Vista and that’s what is on my computer.

The solution suggested was to use Microsoft Virtual PC where I can install Ms Windows XP. I went straight to download it and after installing it, I was informed that it isn’t compatible with my operating system (Windows Vista Home Premium). Anywayz, I was kinda now used to the catastrophes of the day.

Lastly, a few minutes ago, I just decided to tweet my crazy day before I leave for home and all in vain was the twitter website stated

Twitter is over capacity.
Too many tweets! Please wait a moment and try again.

Though this was unfortunate on my side because twitter most times bears with me and kinda release my stress since I can tweet anything with out complaining unlike if it was talking to a person, some thought cringed my mind. I thought to myself whether this was a disadvantage or an advantage. To me, I think it is something great. This means that twitter and other websites facing this problem are providing a great service and that’s why a lot of people are utilizing it.

What do you think about this twitter situation or a situation of a website receiving traffic it can’t handle? Also if you’ve got any solution for my mystery of getting several versions of IE, please just let me know in the comments below or tweet me @matrich or use the contact form.
