It has been quite a long time since I posted anything on my blog due to the busy schedules I have been having. During this time, I have decided to take some serious decisions and choices which I guess it is not easy for a young guy like me could have taken in this crazy world of survival for the fitness. However, I guess these decisions for the better. I will talk about these in a later post but for now I wanted to say a “Thank You” post to one of the guys who ignited a lot of fire in me to take serious course in all I do in this computer world.
Ofcourse! I guess it is not yet to late to say Thank You to this great guy. I read somewhere sometime back that sometimes we fear telling people how we appreciate them not until it is too late possibly when they have left this physical world. Today as I arrived at work, I thought twice to myself to write and say Thank You to this guy, George Kwabenah Appiah and appreciate everything he has done for me.
I met him when he came as a volunteer in SchoolNet Uganda last year and I never really knew what he had not until I interacted with him more often. I got a lot of ideas from him and up to now, I still consult from him often. He does provide a lot of ideas in the field of IT and he is more than willing to share it out with people (though not sure if he does to everyone).
However, one thing that beats my understanding is that George is having problems with his health since he left Uganda. However, on behalf of myself and SchoolNet Uganda, I would like to say to George that we are more than grateful for your time which you spent in Uganda with us. We sincerely appreciate and you are always welcome. Secondly, for me as a believer, I have asked a number of friends including myself to pray for you and I know that in God’s great timing, you will be free and fine.
Otherwise, thanks so much for all the great stuff you have done. I always appreciate all you do for me specifically. May God Bless You Abundantly and wish you a quick recovery.
